How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Retiredsemi Garage Doors should get a fair and honest experience. If you did not, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we treated your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start with the provider. Contact them directly. Keep notes in writing.
Tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. A provider who keeps falling short may be removed. But Retiredsemi Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Send Your Complaint
Email contact@retiredsemi.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm we got your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply to our answer and ask for another review. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help.
